Yeah I have been making my own peanut butter as well for years. I try to make my own stuff when I can, coz I know exactly what is going in there.
* 1 cup roasted peanuts
* 1 1/2 teaspoons oil (peanut oil preferred)
* 1/4 teaspoon salt

Sometimes I'll add some hazel nuts or other nuts in there ... Yummy!

I make my own as well, it tastes much better and I can add a few extra things to spice it up
