Oh man. I think we are in the same situation. Every early in the morning, I must take a cup of black coffee before I really start the engine. Else, I'm almost like zombie, half sleeping and half awake.

Coffee is a good relaxant. So whenever I am tensed or under stress, I use to have a cup of coffee. It gives me immense peace.

If we're getting fancy and breaking out the espresso maker at home, I make our toddler a "Babyccino," which is slightly warmed milk with a dash of sugar-free vanilla syrup that I froth with a little Ikea gizmo. Makes him feel all grown-up to be drinking something special like Mom & Dad and I feel extra good that I've gotten a little more milk into him, since he doesn't drink it often.

Couldn\'t agree with you more Noodad and Harry! The stuff rocks. Dunkin\'s new Smooties are a good kid-friendly option as well.
