Rocky? I'd rather have the Indiana Jones box set.
The Gadget dad probably wants Garmin Nuvi 300 series or 600 series. iPod touch Also just because he has a Wii doesn't mean you can't surprise him with an XBOX 360 or a PS3... Just spent the extra few bucks and don't get the smallest PS3. It does not play PS2 or PS1 games like the others do.

From the "I Hope I Get It Files of ReviewDad," a couple of other suggestions:
DVDs - If your guy likes old movies and John Wayne, you can't go wrong with The John Wayne/John Ford Box Set (you don't need to know who John ford is, if your dude is into movies, he will)...available at amazon.
A Dresser-top Valet/Charging Station. keeps all of his gadgets cords neat and good ones have drawers to store watches, pens, change... Everyone has their own version this year...it's a hot item. Check Brookstone, Red Envelope, etc.
Bose Noise Canceling Headphones - Available in on ear or over the ear versions (although ReviewDad's bro who works at Bose says to go with the over the ear version). I he flies for work, he needs these.
