    At age 2 I already \"trained\" my daughter to tell her grandfather \"We don\'t like the Yankees, we like the Red Sox\" She also despises the NY Giants in favor of the Pats.

    I grew up liking the same teams as my dad and I think it gave us a bond, even though we still constantly argued about personnel decisions (that we had no control over).

    Imposed beliefs, what\'s that, the new catch phrase for the parentally impaired? Maybe we shouldn\'t impose our belief of right and wrong on our children either.

    I am not a big sports fan but like you guys, my brothers and I grew up sharing a love of a team with our father. It\'s always good to at least have one thing you can always agree on, eh?
