My guy is only 7 months, but we have learned the \"poo face\". He goes from being playful, to suddenly very serious and focuses, and the little grunting sounds. We know that we have a poo on the way. Sometimes this is preceded with little farting sounds.
Glad to know that learning this will help later on when we bathe him in a bigger tub.
