Anytime the wee one starts to look a little raw in the Boss Nass rolls, a little of Dr. Boudreaux\'s Butt Paste cures it within a day. Plus I get to call my daughter a butt head (shes to young to get the joke but to young to be offended as well)

You\'ve got to pull the folds open and hit \'em with the hair drier for a few minutes - a couple times a day.
When it get\'s real bad, Lamasil (not the foot spray spray) or Neosporin works like a charm!
