Many rest rooms are disgusting. I have seen a bathroom attendant using a changing table as a convenient table to put his bathroom cleaning utensils (including toilet brush). So rather than use a disgusting restroom changing table, in a public library recently; I put my coat on the windowsill and a changing pad on my coat and before I could finish was approached by a security officer. soon there were five escorting me out of the building. We I explained that the public bathroom was disgusting, the security guards said that didn't matter. Yes I was in a private corner of the library out of view of everyone. <br>Well that's our security dollars at work.
